Returns policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, here's how you can make a return.
Return Period
- We accept returns of items within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order.
Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, items must meet the following conditions:
- They must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received them.
- All original tags must remain intact.
- They must be returned in their original packaging.

Shipment
- All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local time) or during weekends/holidays will be considered received on the next business day.
Shipping Times and Methods
- We use reliable courier services. The estimated transit time is 7 business days once the order has been shipped.
- You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow its progress.
